Biomedicine may usher in a new bull market！
Yesterday, biomedical stocks rose sharply, and many stocks rose by more than 15%. Is this a rebound in the bear market or is a new bull market about to set sail?
First of all, before this round of rebound, NASDAQ biomedical stocks fell sharply. Taking NBI index as an example, stocks with the largest decline of more than 90% have been everywhere since the peak in September 2021!
The huge decline brought the valuation to a historical low. For example, the current market sales rate of NBI index is only 5 times, which is near the historical lowest value. The last time it was so cheap was after the 2008 financial crisis!

I like Biomedical stocks as they are in the healthcare sector which is non cyclical and impervious to economic cycles. In a Bear Market, Biomedical stocks should be less volatile.
