Elon is at it again.

"Elon Musk is in talks with private-equity firm Thoma Bravo about partnering on a possible takeover bid for Twitter Inc , the New York Post reported on Thursday, citing two sources close to the situation."

Yup, that's what I expected him to be doing [Sly] .

My reasons are simple:

1. He won't said the final price is at 54.20USD per share if he's willing to pay more.

2. Some Elon's "rich" supporters mentioned that they may pay high price for it. No surprise that they will work together. [Sly] 

3. U have the [USD],  does not mean u will anyhow spent it. Elon is a logical guy. So, that's why... he may not offer higher.

(In my opinion, Elon is actually being quite nice already...[Thinking] . He can find his own teams & easily start his own social media company. But he chooses to buy $Twitter(TWTR)$... At the sametime,  something like saving retail investors' @ss. Welp, if u bought higher than 54.2USD , then is too bad for you... don't mind[smile] . In fact, I expected $Twitter(TWTR)$to continuing falling if not for Elon buying in [Thinking] +[Helpless] )

I just wild guess that time... & seem like I nailed it [Sly] . (Ha![Smart] ,  even got evidence now = cannot say I'm delusional now [Sly] .)

However, even Elon offers higher price for $Twitter(TWTR)$,  the board members may become more greedy & ask for more, my guess. Can't wait for them to say "Yes" [Thinking] .
