Please tell me why ?

I wanted to ask Warren Buffett why did not buy Citibank, knowing he loves US banks but did not see BRK traded $Citigroup(C)$[Smile] 

Today i did alot of research on Citibank, compared with other banks he bought before ncurrently holding, Citibank have better numbers, i read an article in 2018 maybe due to its exposure to International market, only about 30% Citi business in US, i think this reason maybe right, but he bought $Boyd Gaming(BYD)$a Chinese EV stock ! So i will recommend him to buy $Citigroup(C)$which undervalued at current price, i know he see intrinsic value of the company, but if $Berkshire Hathaway(BRK.B)$hold Citibank, i don't have to buy it personally [Happy] and if i can hear his reason, i can learn valuable things from him [Cool]
