US Dollar Could Crash From 20-Year Highs If the Fed Pauses Rate Hikes

Will the strength of US currency affects our overall profits overall when it's time to cash out?
Do you track how much local-currency spent when purchasing US shares (in USD)? All non-US investors would have to convert from local-Curr into USD, in order to pay for share purchase, fees & charges in USD.
When it's time to sell and assuming we would like to convert it back to local-curr, again there will be another conversion required after deducting all mandatory fees & charges and custodian fees.
Of course if the sales proceeds are re-invested in other US shares, then the initial conversion rate might be "lost in translation" overtime.
Are these conversion amount of money really that insignificant that doesn't warrant a more detailed look? Or is there a formula that someone could share that would easily help determine how many cents (share price) need to be factor & caters for monies lost in conversion.
What do you think? Are you already tracking currency conversions or it really doesn't matter ?
