After discussing with @SR050321 and know he cut and sell all at 0.41
I queuing to sell all 400 shares with abit profit at 0.385 just sell all to get back the cash
And buy kep reit why
Cause he also say is a better pb ratio at 0.5
Divindend at 6.5%
And nav is around 0.90
So is is discount almost
Moreover sure to have dividned as the Earnings per share is 0.07 around 7% plus of the current share price
I think Keppel company , parent is so rich
Good for value and keep for long term amd pay for veg rice
