雷克薩斯經銷商虛假宣傳被罰款50萬元

12月15日消息，深圳中升雷克薩斯汽車有限公司因對其商品作虛假或者引人誤解的商業宣傳，或者通過組織虛假交易等方式幫助其他經營者進行虛假或者引人誤解的商業宣傳，違反反不正當競爭法，被罰款50萬元。 股權穿透顯示，龍華汽車有限公司持有深圳中升雷克薩斯汽車100%股權。據中升控股2021年年報顯示，深圳中升雷克薩斯爲中升控股附屬公司。龍華汽車旗下共擁有七家持股100%的公司，一家已經註銷，其中四家均是與雷克薩斯、豐田銷售服務有關。 而在不久前，同樣是深圳雷克薩斯銷售點，深圳潮鋒雷克薩斯汽車銷售服務有限公司也因發佈違法廣告，被深圳市市場監管局罰款20萬元。 有網友表示，罰款50萬無法起到警示的作用，很多時候一輛高端車的加價提車成本都不止這個數，如果沒有讓經銷商感到肉痛的懲罰的話，未來此類事件還會層出不窮。
