- CB Consumer confidence (Dec)

Conference Board (CB) Consumer Confidence measures the level of consumer confidence in economic activity. It is a leading indicator as it can predict consumer spending, which plays a major role in overall economic activity. Higher readings point to higher consumer optimism.
- Initial Jobless Claims. This will be one of the reference points as the Fed consolidates data for the next interest rate hike in Feb 2023.
- Core Durable Goods Orders. This provides an outlook for manufacturing activity.
- Core PCE Price Index. This is another measurement of inflation excluding food and energy.
