Not transparency withdrawal from tiger broker

I felt like I'm being ripped off by tiger brokeror DBS charged me us$ 58 for withdrawal! I need to know why and how they charge! It isinsane to find out I'm being charged that much just for a withdrwal. I would have not withdrawn it . Someone pls help?
