An article let's you insert a title while a post does not.

So if you write a post, the Header of your post will be shown together with the next paragraph in one sentence if the reader does not click into your post.

To write an article, you need to click into the comments entry bar at the end of the topic page, click the "+" sign in a circle (marked by red arrow in the screenshot) below and click write article.

Of course it will be easier to login to the community site through a web brpwser if you want to write a long article, but it will take some additional effort.

Hopefully more people can write article instead of a long post.

I would also like to seek clarification if a post and article, both qualify for tiger coins incentive?
