Some tips to identify a "Rounding Bottom Pattern":
- Breakout confirmation: When there is an above-average volume, and the stock closes above the lip of the rounding bottom.
- Measuring: The price target is obtained by measuring the distance between the height of the highest high and the lowest low and then adding that to the breakout level.
- Volume: see an increase in volume, balanced during the middle, raising volume towards the right side.
