Selling of Fractional Stocks

As I have bought $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ share using Auto-Invest method, the quantity of the share is in fractional number. I have wanted to sell my Tesla shares recently and the transaction was unable to carry out with the system showing “Fractional stocks order do not support transaction outside RTH” when I click the “Sell” button as shown below. Kindly advise how do I sell fractional stocks and when is the RTH hours.

    Must select not allow, because fractional buy/sell only with in regular trading hours of US market, which now start at 9.30 pm to finished. For GTC order maybe execute outside trading hours 😊

    Have you managed to sort out this issue yet? Fractional shares cannot be GTC or “Allow” Choose “Day” and “Not Allowed” then the order can go through if I remember correctly.
