During volatile period, the A.I. model has taken the economic data and financial news into consideration for sentiment analysis.

It has been a good trade with volatile market condition happening on 17 March 2023 :

$Enzo Biochem(ENZ)$ - 9.75% Gain

The model has obtained a 80% accuracy from the stocks picked with BUY signal. I have taken trade on Enzo Biochem (ENZ) and HUB Security (HUBC) on 17 March 2023.

What I have applied and learnt from this trade

With the guidance from my A.I. model prediction, when a stock has gapped up a lot during pre-market, it is important not to chase the high immediately, rather, watch the price and trade volume movement.

How I have traded Enzo Biochem (ENZ)

I use Trading View to view how the stock have been trading in terms of Bull and Bear strength, as this stock has gapped up a lot in pre market.

Entry During Pre-market

I have enter during pre-market, around 30 mins before actual market. This is to be able to capture a good entry price.

This is a risk that I have taken based on the Bear power is in play, when I enter around 21.06, there are subsequent bear strength due to the selling (as I have mentioned in my previous article on what I think might happen to this stock on 17 Mar 23).

Normally, we would enter when the Bull power strength start.

Exit During Actual Session

There is very little Bull power strength from 22.00hrs to 23.00hrs, when it start to show the BULL power strength coming. I decided to exit with a 20 cents gain at $2.25 (at 23.06hrs).

This is a quick 2.5 hours trade in a session with volatile market condition. Considering that Enzo Biochem (ENZ) is on NYSE, which will be affected by S&P500 which has fallen by 1.10% at end of session.

Summary

It is a good experience to be able to make gain when market is volatile during these period. I will continue to work on making the A.I. model better in giving better guidance.
