Bitcoin shows some strength the last few days and it looks like we will break the 30k resistance.

When we break it we will see 35k as the next big resistance. As you could see in the chart below, the resistance of 30k is also close in this area so when we break above and close the daily chart above it we can confirm that we could see 35k after it.

We would like to see a Higher High made on the 1H chart before we retrace to a new support level and creating a higher low. By creating the Higher High we will break above the resistance and then we would like to see that resistance of 30k will act as support.

Bearish Trend

If we will not break the resistance on this level and we break the uptrend we could suspect a retrace to ~29k support zone. If that one will not hold we will face back to ~27–29k.

It would be better to stay cautious and look out for the support zone.

Benefit for the Crypto Stocks

Crypto stocks have been trading with good gains on 13 Apr, I would see $Marathon Digital Holdings Inc(MARA)$ $Riot Blockchain, Inc.(RIOT)$ $Cipher Mining Inc.(CIFR)$ push to new HIGH when Bitcoin pushes towards 35K.

Now that economic data have shown cooling inflation, investors confidence would be back to look at stocks which would provide better returns even when inflation though cooled, is still around.

This would make any further rate hike to reduce inflation to the desirable level of 2% much easier.

This has show that the previous rate hike have taken effect.

Summary

I would still monitor and trade on Bitcoin and crypto stocks as part of the exercise to shoulder any further risks that might come with any surprise increase in any of the economic data.

We cannot tell for sure whether the readings would not adjust upwards, there are still other geopolitical factors which might pose a risk as well.

As investors, I believe it would pay to have diversification, and always on the lookout to adjust the portfolio.
