comparing last 5 years with Azure and AWS, Azure has been growing slower. if you really look at the numbers of cloud customers. remember that many are in azure because if office 365 MS do not earn extra for that outside of the office subscription . AWS customer are paying for the use of the infrastructure AI has been in play for 20 years, this is something these companies are equaly good in. It is just a marketing thing, buz wordright now. Most analytics dont even know what this is (exept for chatGPT, wich is just a chat robot). True AI and machine mearing is something completly diffwrent and has been partof AWS from beginning. I had this in school 25 years ago. I work in Telecom service, we see where companies move their server software. more than double of our customers are moving to aws, 1/3 to azure and rest to others. that is hard facts.
these are tuf times, everybody are paying lower foe their services and that is what is uniquewith cloud. you can scale down in a hart beet, but also you can also scale up. and looking are the huge jump in compute that is needed the next ten years compare to now, they will have to scale up very very much to keep up. we are going to 10G, high bw 5G. the server sideneed to scale up. 5 G is primarly deplyed in aws, 90% of telecom will use asw because of their so much larger infrastructure. Not azure, do not scale for 5G. Snd there is where the money are for aws. They do not need many customers, but large customers with huge compute and infrastructure need. and that is costly. for me and you paying $250 for some small compute is not where aws will make the moneyno no... so. forget peicing this company to 70something. it is a joke, and if you kneew the business you would not!
