I certainly hope SEC is investigating Wisdom Tree Capital and it's nefarious CEO Benjamin Axler. It has become blatantly obvious that since Jan 27, 2023 that C3.ai stock price has been manipulated for the sole purpose of suppressing it's share price along with making false and misleading slanderous accusations for the same purpose of unjust enrichment. What they are doing is exaggerating ai's price action using HFT. In other words, they follow the market trends but if it's a bad day instead of ai only going down lets say .25 they make it go down .50 conversely if market dictates going up a dollar they will keep it at .30 cent increase. This is call thief of shareholder's money also ai's market cap. If SEC does nothing I would be willing to file my own lawsuit including naming SEC as a defendant to embarrass them for doing nothing. Though discovery we can get all those trades and who made them. Also some of the larger funds like BlackRock might be interested in joining in since they have become interested in the public good.
