$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Why does the 420 trial headlines all focus on the "funding secured" statement. It seems more obvious the statement that all that was left to close the deal was shareholder approval.
I have never seen anything indicating it ever went to the shareholders for a vote and they voted it down. How did Musk explain why it didn't go thru regardless of the funding issue.
