🤔💭My Thoughts:
(1) 🌊 has taken steps to increase profitability finally by laying off 10% of its workforce over the past 6 months👍👍👍
(2) Tencent divested about 14.5 million of 🌊 shares, reducing its stake to 18.7% from 21.3% in Jan 2022.
➡️ Although Tencent said it INTENDS to retain the substantial majority of its stake in 🌊 for the long term🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️, I will be CAUTIOUS as Tencent has been divesting quite a bit in recent months which means that 🌊 might be at risk for further divesting‼️
(3) The share price of 🌊 has been beaten down badly like META🥊🥊🥊 & presents as a good buy IF the management continues to show it can bring the company to profitability.
(4) 🇺🇸 is likely going into stagflation which means there will be further sell-off of equities, exerting further pressure on the price of 🌊 $NASDAQ(.IXIC)$
It is unclear where the 🇺🇸 economy is heading at this moment, so I will likely wait till after 🌊 Q4 earnings release to assess its sustainability in performance. 1 quarter of improvement doesn’t give me enough confidence to commit into 🌊 as yet. I would rather buy safer stocks like $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$
As usual-🤔💭 Consider POV & Actions of investors + 👩🏻💻👨🏻💻 Research + 🗑FOMO & Greed = Investing Wisely 🤓🤗 + Accumulating Wealth 💵💰
