I remember being locked out of the app once and couldn't log back on despite trying all the usual troubleshooting steps like, reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc. Found an easy way to contact Tiger Brokers customer support and that was through chat! Didn't take long for me to link up to an actual person to help me with my issue. After customer support asked a couple of questions to understand the issue, I was told by the helpful support staff how I was going to be assisted. Turned out, I was one of the few that had this issue and they already have an improved built for their app and I could go ahead and download it. I could log back on immediately through the new built and customer support followed up on whether I had further issues. The excellent support I received definitely improved my confidence in Tiger brokers.
