FAANG/MAANG stocks have dipped significantly due to underwhelming Q3 earnings, continual rate hikes, & non-dovish speeches after the November rate announcement yesterday😨🥵 September Effect & Black October may be coming to an end & share prices typically rise🌱🌱🌱 after elections. We could be nearing market bottom🪨🪨🪨, IF 🇺🇸 doesn't go into a true recession. Next CPI data will be closely watched👀 by investors. Stocks typically rise before ex-dividend as investors rush in. However, 🍎 $Apple(AAPL)$ is surprisely down more than 3% today even after beating Q3 estimates recently, suggesting that investors' POV are bearish & are wanting to secure profits before the ex-dividend dip tomorrow (4/11). 🍎 broke 2 support levels today & may reach its 1-month & 13-week low of 134.37 tomorrow when it trades ex-dividend.

      My opinion is that the market hasnt bottomed. The FED will continue to increase interest rate even though at a lower rate. Imagine 4-6 more times of 50bp increase. That would bring interest rate to 7%. Has the market priced that in yet?

      The price stabilises if it rebounds at the next support level as explained eg: AAPL (~$135) and the short term simple moving average lines converged/crossed and gradually move upwards where MA5>MA10>MA20.

      No one knows😅 I’ve taken a small position on GOOGL & AMZN, & adding it bit by bit as it drops just so that I’m still getting them at 👍 prices without missing the bottom, should there be a suddenly recovery on news. Waiting for 🍎 to drop to a price I’m comfortable with.
