Generally, every company's earnings and analysts estimates can't be predicted percisely.
However, the company's guidance changes may have forward-looking significance for a sector.
- When one company raise the company's guidance under this economic headwinds, the company must be very confident on its operation;
- When one company lower the guidance again and again, its operation may have some problems in the short term.

2 medical companies raise their guidances and $GlaxoSmithKline PLC(GSK)$ raised its guidance twice this year.
Different from the vehicle companies, the ride-hailing services company $Uber(UBER)$ performed strong and also increased its guidance many times.
