As an investor, hearing that so many people unsatisfied with the platform. I wonder how many people have left the customer base? How much cash has left the super app / cash wallet? Grab might have save some cash on the rewards since many platform have downplay the rewards, but with such expensive services on Grab, how appealing is it for existing customer to continue and for new customer to join. There is no new benefit for customer to join.
The only thing i find worth while is grabfood. Ithas alot more vendors lock in the delivery platform. It is only a matter of time, other delivery platform will offer more food option.
With Grab down more than 60% from its valuation, it is in a stage of fear as investor will be curious when does it recover. With stagflation or recession coming along, it is going to be a devastion.
Let see the next earning season whether it becomes a penny stock or down to the dollar mark. Let me know your thoughts too

Worldwide outlook: Grab is widely use. Like SG, thailand, malaysia, indonesia. most tourist uses GrabApp to move around. Grab also introduce new feature like Grab Express which open up their logistic field.
