    if they can come to an agreement with the debtor, the share price will likely to double to 0.15-0.16.
    overall company manufacturing is still doing well.

    I think just take it as a complete write off. Any stock that shoot up vertically (either parabolic or 90 deg rise) is not sustainable, it becomes bull trap, look up topic of price action manipulation
