Hang Lung Group Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the property leasing business. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Property Leasing segments engages in the property leasing operation. The Company’s investment properties portfolio consists of retail, office, residential, serviced apartments and car parks, are primarily located in mainland China and Hong Kong. Property Sales segment engages in the development and sale of the trading properties in mainland China and Hong Kong.
