Hong Kong Property Rental and Management is engaged in the letting of retail, office and car parking spaces, as well as the provision of estate management services in Hong Kong. Hong Kong Property Development is engaged in property development near the railway systems. Railway, Property Rental and Management Businesses is engaged in the construction, operation and maintenance of mass transit railway systems. Mainland of China Property Development is engaged in property development.
