Leasing of Properties segment is mainly engaged in the leasing of residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong to generate rental income. Property Investments segment holds commercial properties in Hong Kong through investment in its joint ventures to gain from appreciation in property value. Car Park Management segment is engaged in the subleasing of car parks in Hong Kong to generate rental income. Loan Financing segment is engaged in the provision of loan financing services to individual customers and corporate customers.
