The Commercial segment is mainly engaged in the development and sales of commercial properties, the leasing of investment properties, the operation of hotels, as well as the provision of project management services and other services to commercial properties in Mainland China, Japan and United Kingdom. The Company mainly conducts its businesses within domestic market and to overseas markets.
