UBA Investments Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the investment in securities. The Company’s primary objective is achieving medium term capital appreciation by investing in listed and unlisted companies in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China (PRC). The Company does not directly participate in the production and operation of its subsidiaries. The Company also intends to invest in unlisted companies with the potential to seek a listing on the Stock Exchange or any overseas stock exchanges.
