Introduction
China Gas Industry Investment Holdings Co Ltd is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the production and supply of industrial gases. The Company mainly operates its business through three segments. The Supply of Industrial Gas segment is engaged in the supply of industrial gas products including oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen and carbon dioxide. The Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Gas Transmission Service segment is engaged in the supply of LNG products as well as the provision of coke oven gas pressurization and transmission services. The Technical Support and Management Services segment is engaged in providing technical support and management services, including managing the organization and planning, equipment inspections, equipment maintenance, daily maintenance, safety, labor and personnel and others in respect of the production and supply of the industrial gas products. The Company mainly conducts its business in the domestic market.
