YesAsia Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the sourcing and sales of fashion, lifestyle and beauty products. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty Product segment mainly sells fashion apparel, lifestyle products and beauty products to consumers through business to customer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) sales on the YesStyle and AsianBeautyWholesale platforms. The Entertainment Product segment mainly sells entertainment products to consumers through B2C sales on the YesAsia platform. In addition, the Company's main revenue comes from e-commerce sales, offline product wholesale, and logistics and supporting services.
