The Company mainly conducts its businesses through two segments. The Property Development segment engages in the development and sales of residential and commercial properties, retail shops and office units; the sales of land held for development; construction of office premises and residential buildings; the provision of decoration services for external customers; as well as the provision of interior decoration services to property buyers. The Property Operation segment engages in the leasing of office units, commercial centers, retail shops and hotels to generate rental income.
