China Primary Energy Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the sales of natural gas. The Company operates through two business segments. The Manufacturing segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of polyethylene pipes (PE) pipes, including the water pipes and gas pipes. The Energy segment is mainly engaged in the transmission and distribution of natural gas. The Company mainly conducts its business in the People’s Republic of China (the PRC). The Company is also involved in the trading of composite materials and provision of administrative services to group companies through its subsidiaries.
