UBoT Holding Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of back-end semiconductor transport media. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Back-End Semiconductor Transport Media segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of back-end semiconductor transport media products, including the joint electron device engineering council (JEDEC) tray, carrier tape and other accessories. The Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System (MEMS) and Sensor Packaging segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of MEMS and sensor products packages.
