      Lyon Investments Confirms Final S$0.375 Offer for Sinarmas Land, Extends Deadline to June 2

      Lyon Investments stated on Sunday that its offer of S$0.375 per share for property developer Sinarmas Land is final and will not be revised. The offer’s closing date has been extended from May 29 to June 2 at 5:30 PM.This decision follows Lyon’s May 10 price increase, which raised the bid by 21% (S$0.065) from the initial offer.
