$Sea Ltd(SE)$  I had been buying Sea Ltd(SE)$ since it dropping. I have faith and confidence in this company. The 3 business models for gaming, e-commerce and digital banking are making profit now. Therefore, I do not see why the stock price will not be going up. You must keep for long term and you can see the price shot to the moon. None of its competition is new. SE is the dominant player in its markets, of course it won't grow as fast as someone just starting out and burning billions! SEA has challenges, certainly, will require patience no doubt, but as a long term perspective, i dont see how not to be long on SE. I will keep buying. Great long opportunity. It's my first choice and I only use shopee if the price is cheaper. Their gaming revenue is going down as well. Not sure what other rabbit they can pull out of the hat but so far, havent seen anything compelling.

$Sea Ltd(SE)$  Here is an alternative bearish viewpoint.  Shopee is unlikely to continue its dominance without a significant driver of growth. Tiktok has its strong social media influence and presence to direct consumers to tiktok shop and drive sales there.  Shopee will have to resort to expensive marketing campaigns to stay in the mindshare of the consumer and dangle discounts to drive sales growth. This will be a drag on costs, and it is unlikely we will see a net profit in the near future.  As companies cut headcount to be leaner, it remains to be seen whether Sea can operate with efficiency.  I am a user of Shopee but will never invest with Sea.

$Sea Ltd(SE)$ Impact of TikTok Shop Closure on SE.After the closure of TikTok Shop in Indonesia, the market is still unsure of the extent of the impact on the local area. TikTok Shop closed on October 4th. After the closure, e-commerce livestreaming shops generally redirected traffic to independent sites and Shopee via URL links.Any chance TikTok get approval to launch a separate app. Surely they can’t abandon the ID market otherwise their global e-commerce ambitions get hurt. I long SE but worried if TikTok approval, we crash again.Image

$Sea Ltd(SE)$ I don't think WE need to worry too much, mainly for two reasons:TikTok will certainly get approval to launch an e-commerce app in Indonesia, but TikTok has launched standalone e-commerce apps in China and Europe before, and they failed quickly. This is because the e-commerce conversion rate within TikTok is very high, but once users leave TikTok and enter a new app, the conversion rate drops rapidly. And its biggest advantage compared to Shopee and Tokopedia would disappear.Mobile memory is generally small in Southeast Asia, jumping to external apps easily causes lag, which makes jumping more difficult in Southeast Asia compared to Europe and China.Image

$Sea Ltd(SE)$ I think Shopee will definitely have the potential to do well despite the present headlines, which is regrettable. Shopee's revenue surged 160% in 2020, driven by a spike in online purchases during the pandemic, and grew 136% in 2021. In 2022, it revenue rose 64% year over year in the first quarter and 51% in the second quarter. Its growth is gradually cooling off, but it's still growing a lot faster than most other major e-commerce companies. Shopee scaled back its overseas expansion over the past year, but its core Southeast Asian market still has plenty of room to grow. IDC Financial Insights expects the region's number of e-commerce users to rise from 222 million in 2020 to 411 million in 2025. Bain & Company believes

$Sea Ltd(SE)$  SEA THE REAL DEAL! Hi all! SEA is in the news again after a pretty good session of trading yesterday which saw a gain of 6%. However, there are still many disbelievers out there with regards to the sustainability of this rally due to past pains and losses or unwarranted negative sentiment as well as unfounded economic theories. I like to reiterate that there is REAL great value in the stock at current prices and l am very bullish at these price levels. SEA is definitely a worthwhile portfolio investment stock of great value at the moment. Personally, l believe the stock price can double within the next six months after Q42023 earnings report and increase a few hundred percent within the next 3 years. Thi

TikTok Ban in Southeast Asia: Sea Limited’s Short-Term Setback or Long-Term Opportunity?

The recent ban of TikTok’s e-commerce marketplace in Indonesia has sent shockwaves through the Southeast Asian tech market. The move raises questions about how this ban will affect TikTok’s growth and how other major players in the region, like Sea Limited, will be impacted. In this article, we’ll explore the ban’s implications for Sea Limited, considering TikTok’s growth, Sea Limited’s response, and the broader competitive landscape. $Sea Ltd(SE)$  1. In my previous post for $Sea Ltd(SE)$ , Can the SE Rally Continue?, I mentioned that the rally can continue if the position stays above 40.20. The price surged impressively, reaching as high as 44.96. This breakout was indicative of significant upward momentum in the stock. However, as with any robust rally, it's commo

I will try to keep this short as my detailed explanation post is wipe out by Tiger app on my phone when the market started trading! Arrghh! 1) Reasons for sharp drop in share prices from peak of $357+ per share. SEA hit an all time high of $357+ per share in November 2021. It is also the all time high of S&P 500. The main reason for it's sharp drop from peak in my opinion other than negative sentiment against growth stocks for boarder markets is the big hit to Garena (SEA digital entertainment arm) in early 2022. India banned Free Fire game of Garena over Na

Sea Limited Rebound: A Short-Lived Surge?

The recent rebound in Sea Limited’s share price has garnered significant attention, with the stock surging approximately 15% over the past five days. While this uptick might seem like a promising sign for the company, a closer examination reveals that it might not be sustainable. In this article, we will delve into the factors contributing to this view. $Sea Ltd(SE)$  1. A Far Cry from Previous Peaks: One notable aspect of Sea Limited’s recent price movement is that despite the climb, the stock remains significantly below its peak price, which exceeded $355 in October 2021. This divergence suggests that investor confidence in the company has waned considerably. 2. Regulatory Headwinds in Indonesia: The Indonesian
