Newbie's Change of Heart, Change of strategy
Last year, I advocated against diversifying in stocks, choosing to concentrate only on two stocks, DBS and Grab. Looking at their performances, I wondered whether it was better to diversify.
Let me explain. A while ago, I wrote about how Electric Vehicles (EVs) were the way of the future. After all, several countries are embarking on green initiatives which are already focusing on replacing all Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles with EVs. They are also implementing the corresponding infrastructure to support this initiative, such as charging stations and swappable batteries.
Thus, I have changed my strategy and have began to diversify in several companies which I think will benefit in the long run. I have started to invest in $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$
However, I am also cognisant of the situation now. It's a bull market and prices are bound to be at its peak. This means while I want to buy, I will buy in small amounts to mitigate risk of drop, which during this period is highly likely. I am very wary of volatility and I know that anymovement (as of today 16 Jun) by the Feds could upset or add fire to the market.
That being said, I think it's an opportune time to invest in EV (or whichever industry you think will rise). I think what is needed is time and risk management. Funny right, most people would think that the most important thing is money to invest, but I think the vision for the long run is important.
One thing I must add, I have given up investing in Grab because its movement is weird. It seems to be manipulated. However, it's not a complete cut. Its price may also be affected by Asian markets, which is affected by inflation or threat of recession. At the end of the day, i will continue to monitor the situation but will no longer just focus on just a few stocks or putting or all my eggs in one basket.

Bullish ego, rather than fundamentals or reasonable technicals, is at play here. Will be difficult for Tesla zealots to see NVDA at $ Trillion valuation while TSLA is left out. The parabola will most likely continue until $300+
Tesla model S and X are $8K off because nobody wants them. They are obsolete cars.
All you dreamers that think TSLA is going away put your money where your mouth is. I did and I’m still takin that 💰so come on with it.
TSLA's innovations tops any tech company on earth as it touches so many parts of our lives today and in the future.
TSLA isn’t going down until it ticks $1 Trillion again.
Very lofty valuation here. Stay away. This is buying at the top. The risk is way too high.
Tsla followed by Nvda the most futuristic tech Co's in the tech space.
