$AIMS APAC REIT(O5RU.SI)$What are u all buying now?? I used to ignore sgx stocks because they grow so much slower than US stocks. However, in such a bearish market, we experienced high volatility in the US market every night. 

As such, I'm looking to slowly add some sg REITs to my portfolio for a more balanced portfolio and a source of consistent dividend. $AIMS APAC REIT(O5RU.SI)$consists of mostly of logistics & warehouses, industrial properties and 1 business park in Singapore. It has 25 properties in Sg and 3 properties in Australia. The dividend yield is ~7% per annum at current price, which I think is decent for a REIT that has a large portfolio in sg. 

Furthermore, sg REITs are relatively stable as compared to US stocks (good for protecting your capital while generating a stable source of income). I'm looking to slowly increase my sg dividend stocks up to 20% of my portfolio. What do you think? Let me know your comments!

    REIT has become a more and more popular way of investment, especially for new investors, which does not require much experience.

    I think you made a wise choice. Investing in REIT does not have to worry about sharp fluctuations in the stock market, and the risk is very small.

    SG Dividend Play should be essential to anyone’s portfolio. It is however not limited to only REITs in SG market.
