Ruisen Life Service Co Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of property management services and value-added services. The Company mainly operates two businesses. The property management services business is engaged in providing property management services that comprise security services, cleaning services, car park management, repair and maintenance of specialised elevators, escalators and mechanical car park equipment, gardening and landscaping services, daily repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery and ancillary customer services. The value-added services business is engaged in providing common area value-added services, community convenience services and city services. The Company is also engaged in leasing of investment properties. The Company mainly conducts its business in the domestic market.
