🌟🌟🌟I believe that the current sharp fall in $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$
Is a Knee Jerk reaction to the negative news of US curbing Nvidia's export of high end AI chips to China.
In the short term, I am Bearish on Nvidia but I view this as a splendid opportunity to Bargain Hunt this wonderful stock. My Target price is USD 400.
Nvidia is the market leader in AI chips and has the technological expertise to maintain it's pole position. Its closest competitors like $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ is a far 2nd to Nvidia.
Wall Street Analysts are also bullish on Nvidia with Target price as high as USD 600!
As Warren Buffett likes to say When there is fear in the markets it is time to be greedy!

Will continue to dip as the relationship between both turns colder and more hostile. I prefer to watch for now. Expecting it to dip below $400 unless there are more positive news like no more rate hikes. Will try to pick it up at $380.
A bad and shocking news that Nvidia announced two days ago, stating that new US export restrictions will block sales of two high end artificial intelligence chips that Nvidia created for the Chinese market and that one of its top-of-the-line gaming chips will also be blocked. This will be a huge hit to the company income.
NVIDIA also disclosed that the impact from the restrictions, which seek to stop Beijing from receiving cutting-edge U.S. technologies to strengthen its military.
This sudden restrictions will also affect the other chips producer such as AMD and Intel.
The new restrictions will also affect rival chips produced by Advanced Micro Devices and Intel. The impact will probably be short to mid term but I believe market is going to digest this news over the time and all the chip makers will work hard to modify their designs and make them comply to the new rules. In short, for the reasons above, I am bearish for these stocks in short term $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$
