Even though the banking crisis is not quite over, there is always good news on the horizon. Big tech pulls the market higher.

Benefiting from the rise of AI, semiconductor stocks are up more than expected. The chart below shows the performance of semiconductor stocks since YTD:

    Im most bullish about $Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares(SOXL)$ It’s a 3X Bull leveraged ETF. Semiconductor stocks are cyclical so the share price of majority of the stocks should rise together. Under SOXL, we gain exposure to all, if not many of the top chips stocks listed as the top beneficiaries of AI❣️Thanks loads @MillionaireTiger for this IMPT post❣️Friends,coins🥰 No coins for the same insight so read comments first❗️ @SR050321 @CYKuan @HelenJanet @rL @Universe宇宙 @Jadenkho @melson @Mrzorro @GoodLife99 @SPOT_ON @Kaixiang @BenjiFuji @RDPD富爸穷爸 @SirBahamut @b1uesky @MHh @PJoo @Pepermintpat @RiciaYang @jat @Omega88 @爱上投资学 @Zeniv @Elon2 @Yonhuat @Joker_Smile @grizzlylee @FrankieRed @spkek @snoopy123 @psk @pekss @amroui @Ericdao @StickyRice @StarLuck @Shyon @Success88 @kungpao @CL Wong @Derrick 1234 @MeowKitty @Thonyaunn @紫南 @Zarkness @Ah_Meng @Ratt @Tigress02 @Viv22 @aunteenat @airui @0QH @Cris0 @Brocco @AhGong @deal2deal @Ccl2 @Lcc73 @HLPA @WanEH @markele @pipiso

while not in the top 10, $Micron Technology(MU)$ has been expanding even during high interest rate enviroment. this might position it in the future if its investment is in AI.

when it comes to AI and Semiconductor, the first choice will definitely be Nvidia. I am also looking at dark horses such as Intel, or maybe even TSM to come into the fray and earn some bucks from it.
    • ALLinOne
i have my confidence in TSM, nearly all of high-end chips is relevant to it

Now we are our economy going downward or sideway, and we are using at least one electronic stuff, handphone and computers using for offices.  I am still bullish on  $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ as they are the biggest chip makers. As technology is evolving,  we still rely on the electronic stuff to power the economy.

The act will have a long-term impact on most chip manufacturers too. The revenue parts will be lower compared to the past, but it is a Chinese company. I think they will find ways to cut cost and save money.

      thk for reading

materials shortage will be long-term, which most companies and countries will have to face.
    • AprilBridges
Money is something they don’t have right now, and war burns money faster than anything else. Long TSM! Best in its peers, demand will recover in second half of this year, all the war talks are none sense.
    • MalcolmEmily
My concern is how the chips act impact on TSMC. Mark Liu, TSMC chairman, said yesterday that there are some unacceptable conditions in chips act that can undermine TSMC revenue. Therefore, they want to talk to US gov. Looking forward the good news.

My choice will be $Kulicke & Soffa(KLIC)$. I guess not many people know about this company. But it's the world leader for wire bonders machine, which accounts around 85% of the market shares for it's high performance range machine. A total dominant and wire bonding is still a very economy and common solutions for most of the IC chips. As long as there's increase in chips demand, the company will sell more wire bonding machine to feed the market requirement. The demand slows down by a lot due to semiconductor headwinds these few months but it will rebound strongly when another wave comes!

Not, different line, the customers is the suppliers for NVDA amd tsm, like ase, micron, huatian, etc... Is totally a different tier and different phase of a chips production.

It’s at all time high now😅 Yeah earnings estimates not good. Do you know who their clients are? If ASML, NVDA, AMD, TSM then can buy. If these 4 not their clients i think growth might be limited?
    • ShyonReplyLMSunshine
Haven't, seem like the coming quarter still weak, will target stronger stocks first like nvda, or soxl haha. Tsla too!
