$TENCENT(00700)$ $Tencent Holding Ltd.(TCEHY)$ Stock prices do not go up in a straight line.  Some consolidation and profit taking expected.  Chinese stocks have bottomed since Feb 2024.  Chinese economy is expanding nicely despite MANY PRESSURE.  Fear of Lehman like crisis in China has more or less abated(the Chinese authority has the financial strength to ensure it does not happen).  US interest rates will have to come down eventually.  Confidence in Chinese equities are coming back as evidenced from the huge influx of huge foreign capital into Chinese stocks.  Have no fear.  [Great][Happy][Happy][Happy]The year of the dragon will be a

$Tencent Holding Ltd.(TCEHY)$ $TENCENT(00700)$ is a Chinese owned cloud provider (same with $Alibaba(BABA)$ )  i suspect that market share will be forced to go domestic....another 6% up for grabs.  I figure we grab 10% - 15% in marketshare we'll be riding similar revenues as Tencent but with way for upside!!  I see the path to $50 !!!![Miser][Miser][Miser]

$XIAOMI-W(01810)$ $Xiaomi Corp.(XIACY)$ Goes up 40% since this post. Could've/would've/should've doubled up BUT it could've easily gone the other direction also. [LOL][LOL][LOL]It could've gone down another 40% and I'd be here posting, "Damn, I shouldn't have added more," Lol. The road to breaking even is such a long one sometimes. :-)

TA& FA for BABA

$Alibaba(BABA)$ at current prices is roughly 75% from its blow off top in 2020.Around October- November 2022, we tested support at the historical bottom and bounced to test the Resistance zone with a REJECTION.Bringing us to our current price action where we have managed to maintain a HIGHER LOW.This supports the idea that perhaps trend is shifting towards BABA wanting to move UP.[Sly][Sly][Sly]Notice also the Blue, Green and Purple Moving averages, Flattening out. Monthly chart.The iSHS formation on the daily chart seems to be playing out well.When I see the MACD and Stochastic indicator on the monthly chart, I expect something along these lines. I'm sure I'll move the right channel some more, but I'm very confident that history will repeat itself and we'll reach point D soon.[Smart]So maybe we should think bigger.

$JD.com(JD)$ The $HSI(HSI)$ breached its 200 Day Moving Average (orange) last week but it still faces some resistance from a 3 year downtrend line (aqua).I am anticipating a breakout for Chinese equities and my favorite chart so far is JD.com (JD) which has breached its 200 Day Moving Average with decent volume and a bullish engulfing weekly close.First target would be the 3 year downtrend line (aqua) at $37. After hitting the first target we will implement a trailing stop loss strategy at $34. The goal is to keep all profits but also play the larger breakout above the downtrend line (aqua).Second Target would be a gap fill around $51 see chart here.Stop Loss: $28Profit Target 1: $3

$JD.com(JD)$ It could go 15x earning, will be around $47.00 by year end.PE15 is only a target of reasonable valuation. With the current momentum it should touch $60 easily. Whether it will pullback from $60 or go further beyond $106 depends on the next few earnings.[Happy][Shy][Grin]
