Regulators and investors all hope the rescue of failed bank Credit Suisse by UBS Group over the weekend would stem the slide in stocks triggered by the three banks' collapse.  The S&P 500 and $DJIA(.DJI)$ edged higher while the Nasdaq Composite heads down.  The Fed and five major central banks had announced a coordinated effort to improve liquidity by moving U.S. dollars among themselves each day , starting Monday, instead of once a week. $Intel(INTC)$  Intel is now USD$29.70. per share. It opened at USD29.92 today, went up to USD$31 within the first few minutes of market opening and surpassed its first resistance of USD$30.84 but came right down due to the pull back across the market by the Nasdaq.  Intel has loss 1.59% by now today, much more than the loss of Nasdaq but inline with the tech sector. IIntel share's lowest price earlier today was USD29.77. Its Pivot Point first Supprt Point is USD28.96. It's Pivot Point second support Point is USD27.73. This reflect the market's fear for the coming rate hikes by the Federal Reserve.  There was a moment of confidence earlier today at the futures market where all the three major stock indexes climbed at least 0.4% but they are now all in negative after two hour into market opening.  Equities traders are now pricing in a Fed peak rateof 5.55% by July, compared with 4.9% they were betting on at the start of this year. The stock markets fully price in a 25 basis-point hike in March, butassign a 24% probability for a 50-point hike.
