    Looks like he made massive bets using other people's money and lost... At least I believe he still have a lot of money of his own to live comfortably and quietly for the rest of his life without having to work in Wall Street again. But the rest of us will be affected by his actions... $Credit Suisse Group AG(CS)$

    Bill Hwang was engaged in a game of high risk high return. He is the direct opposite of Warren Buffett. In an era of easy money, he was able to borrow tens of billions of dollars for his high risk trading. This risk was further amplified with he used of CFDs. Some estimated his stock exposure pup to $50 billion. Being too leveraged, he was unable to meet margin calls after some of his stocks witnessed a significant price fall. And he lost over $20 billion in two days. The lessons learned are familiar. As retail investors, pls trade within your means. And understand the margin of safety.
