      Revival in Homebuilders' Market: A Boon for ETFs and Stocks?

      @ETF Tracker
      A resurgence of optimism has been seen in the homebuilder's market, with builder confidence reaching positive territory for the first time in almost a year, as per the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo housing market index update.From 50 in May, the index rose to 55 in June, marking a continuous half-year increase in builder sentiment. Several factors contribute to this positive trend, including increased foot traffic from potential homebuyers, a less-hawkish Fed, minimal competition from the resale market, and an improved supply chain.Notably, most homebuilding stocks like $PulteGroup(PHM)$ , $Toll Brothers(TOL)$ , $M/I Homes(MHO)$ and

      Option moves suggest China stocks will rebound

      @OptionsDelta
      As the tide turns, it is the turn of emerging markets to rebound, and the dollar is expected to start turning around.Emerging Markets is literally Emerging Markets $iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF(EEM)$ . The etf's holdings include listed companies in emerging markets such as China, India, South Korea and Brazil. There are also more segmented ETFs on the market, so the investor wouldn't think to trade them in the first place.But options trading on this etf is very active, and I don't know what the institutions are thinking, but someone bought the super long call straddle yesterday:buy

      What Will Jay “Rear View Mirror” Powell Do Now?

      @CourtneyDS
      The Fed has been aggressively tightening monetary policy through interest rate hikes combined with quantitative easing. This is the most aggressive tightening since Paul “Tiny” Volcker in the early 1980s.But Jay “Rear View Mirror” Powell, Fed Head, has said that he is fine with that because the economy remains strong. Just look at the strong labor market.This is insane.He is looking in the rear view mirror to drive the monetary car!The labor market is a lagging indicator of the economy. He should be looking at the leading indicators which are telling us that we are going into recession.But then Rear View Mirror Powell has twice said that there would be pain to make sure that inflation is contained.So here is the question: Will the weak labor market cause Jay to flinch and stop the tight mo
