🌟🌟🌟I was thrilled to see that $STI ETF(ES3.SI)$ hit a 2 year high and my 2 SReits Capitaland Investment Trust and Capitaland Ascott Trust's prices have started rising too! This is due to optimism that the Feds will start to cut interest rates as early as September on cooling inflation figures. SReits were in the doldrums ever since the Feds started to increase interest rates. This has impacted SReits as their financing costs are higher. My SReits were negatively impacted but now I can see light at the end of the dark tunnel. My best performing SReit currently is $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$

🌟🌟🌟It is fortunate that Donald Trump managed to escape the assassination attempt. It is certainly a scary time especially for everyone who was there. But it showed Trump's courage in the face of such danger. $Trump Media & Technology(DJT)$ is the ultimate Trump stock. Already its share price has jumped 60% since the incident. However DJT is a volatile stock. So a good strategy to maximise profits and minimise loss would be a Bull Put Spread Strategy. This Options Trading Strategy involves selling a Put Option while at the same time buying another Put option with the same expiration date but at a lower strike price. This would put a ceiling on the profit earned but at the same time also minimise the loss.

Tesla is back?! Good breakout of the share price, firstly stand back to the EMA200 trendline and secondly breakout from its long-term downtrend line. With the FSD, low cost model and Optimus, I believe this rebound is just the beginning for Tesla after being undervalued and having its share price pullbacked for almost 2 years. Time for trend reversal Tesla. Go Tesla Go Elon! My next target for Tesla is at least 300 USD! Anyway, the incoming earnings will be one of the game deciders.
