$XIAOMI-W(01810)$ I owned 3 phones of Xiaomi already and knew from the start this company was going to skyrocket because their phones are just so amazingly good! They almost top the Apple Iphone but for half the price! Just wait a few years and see the sky. I already have 10x my money back from when I bought my first phone and thus stock!  However, what is happening with this stock? They have great phones and financials and I wonder why the prices are coming down?

Will $OXY be a New Buying Opportunity Even After Buffett's Purchase?

Some analysts compare oil to tobacco in the 1990s. Despite all the studies showing that smoking damages health, tobacco companies continued doing just fine, outperforming and returning value to the shareholders. The situation isn't much different in the 2020s, except this time, the culprit is the world's energy addiction that cannot be changed on a whim. Thus, it is not surprising that institutional investors like Warren Buffett are pouring billions into the oil industry, taking a significant stake inOccidental Petroleum Corporation($Occidental(OXY)$ ) once again. Buffet Buys Back In Occidental Petroleum made headlines back on March 12, 2020, as it was the only one out of 500 stocks that compose the S&P 500 index to close green for the day. Yet, t

Why is Grab such a poor performer on the Stock Market?

$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$ Grab’s market value has tanked since its widely anticipatedNasdaq debutin December 2021. After the super-app announced worse-than-expected quarterly losses, shares tumbled 37 per centon Mar 4. This is disappointing when Grab, founded by Anthony Tan and Tan Hooi Ling in 2012, is reckoned as one of the most promising growth companies in Southeast Asia. The record US$40 billion (S$54.4 billion) merger with Altimeter Growth Corp, which is a special purpose acquisition company (or SPAC), was the biggest blank-cheque initial public offering (IPO) on record. The December debut, which raised US$4.5 billion, was also the most significant market debut by a Southeast Asian company in the United States. However, after a jump for joy at the s

$Alphabet(GOOG)$ A summary of the Morgan Stanley Conference from a couple of days ago. Not too much groundbreaking information that wasn't already discussed in the Q4 earnings call.1. Looking into developing and incorporating AI into search for it to be more human like and more 'Conversational.' There are plans for Google Search to incorporate lens features. For example, taking a picture of a bike with immediate suggestions asking, "How do I fix this" or "What model is this bicycle?"2. Further development of Google Cloud with the introduction of productivity tools. The acquisition of Mandiant will also increase its security, thus its USP and market share.3. Specific improvements are being made constantly to the retail search category. This will resul

3 High-Growth Stocks That Could Soar

When markets turn volatile as a reaction to political turmoil as well as the promise of rising interest rates to combat rising inflation, smart investors need to remember the importance of dollar-cost averaging when buying stocks. Whether starting a new position by buying in thirds or adding a few bucks every week (thanks to fractional shares), it is going to be advantageous to your portfolio long-term to continuously add money to the market -- regardless of where we are in an economic cycle. With that in mind, let's look at three high-growth stocks that are great candidates fordollar-cost averaging, especially after being roughed up by the market recently. 1. Is PayPal's Stock Overvalued?

Morningstar's analyst thinks the company could face headwinds in 2022, but investors may want to log on at the stock's current price. Bulls Say There is still plenty of runway for growth in electronic payments, which surpassed cash payments on a global basis just a couple of years ago. The scalable nature of the business should allow PayPal to improve its margins over time. PayPal’s long-running experience in online payments is a unique asset that is becoming more valuable as e-commerce becomes a bigger piece of the pie. Bears Say The separation between online and point-of-sale transactions is blurring, and PayPal may increasingly come into competition with larger companies in the future. Alipay and WeChat are examples of how governments could favor local players; this could shut PayPal

Sunshine Biopharma (SBFM) - a potential money maker?

While my blue chip stocks are sitting comfortably on the back burner, I decided to continue looking into penny stocks as it seems to be an accelerating market with the ever increasing number of new investors, courtesy of the Fed, their BRRRR and GME short squeeze frenzy. My first somewhat serious was SIRC (I’m still holding 45k shares of it and have no plans of selling them) and I’ve been searching for a few other plays to throw some money into. In the current environment, I thought a biopharma play can be a very lucrative bet so I started searching in that sector. After a week long research, I stopped on this candidate. EnterSunshine Biopharma (OTC Pink: SBFM)- a pharmaceutical company focused on the research, development, and commercialization of oncology and antiviral drugs. In addition
