    STI dropped for 5 consecutive days. US mkt is down almost 5% for the month. it's been nothing but disastrous [Spurting] [Cry] [Facepalm]

    I would use this one [Cry][OMG] to express every time I check the index for the USD. I should know better that rate hikes mean a general increase in the greenback, but do I follow my gut and knowlege [Observation][Blush][Facepalm]? No! So poor performing market sectors all round (including crypto) have taken some of my best performing stocks like $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ and $Apple(AAPL)$ back to flat or red. [Angry] for $SUPER INC(SMCI)$ as I should’ve sold but I wasn’t keeping a close eye on my technical analysis of it so now it’s lost a fair profit to flat. Back to zero for most of my tiger portfolio [Cry][Cry][Angry][Facepalm]…The only one stable is $Cooper-Standard(CPS)$ [Surprised][Lovely][Glance]… Every day now I’m praying for a hold on rate hikes, and that the Chinese market pick up as I believe when it recovers and the USD drops (if it ever does [Facepalm], global markets will do better and have more room to move [Bless]…

      Definitely!!! I set them rarely because I think I won’t get back in at that price. But when I trade FX I ALWAYS set a stop loss and usually a take profit. I’m still learning with the stockmarket and trusting your strategy and gut doesn’t have the insurance that a stop loss does. I’m HODLING most of my shares for the long term, so I think “oh I don’t need to set a stop loss” 🤦‍♀️

    rebought $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ , when it dropped to below 14 i was [Spurting] [Facepalm] [Gosh], don't understand why and bought in the dips more. Towards the end of the trading day, it rebounded back to 14.40  and i was [Wow] [Miser] [shy] Huat huat for PLTR!
