Microsoft surpasses Apple soon? Most valuable company

As we noticed since last week, Microsoft is getting close to overtaking Apple as the most valuable US company.

Good job to Microsoft's decision to extend its reach and business portfolio seems to be paying off as it gets within a stone's throw of Apple's market leader position.

Microsoft

The rally in Microsoft shares comes as enterprise spending has held up, aiding the company's Azure cloud-computing business. Azure has also benefited from the artificial-intelligence frenzy, with analysts noting that AI seems to be helping the company outperform rival Alphabet Inc. in the cloud.

Microsoft's business is levered to AI in other ways, and a key test in the year ahead is whether customers will pay up for AI enhancements to the company's productivity and other software offerings. For such, I am bullish for $Microsoft(MSFT)$  and AI related counters such as $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$  $C3.ai, Inc.(AI)$  $Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares(SOXL)$

Apple, meanwhile, has seen its business stagnate in recent quarters as the company deals with heightened competition in China and general macroeconomic pressure that is weighing on consumer spending. The company has posted four consecutive quarters of year-over-year revenue declines. Apple needs to react through new technology breakthrough or innovation on its smartphone to regain the market confidence in near future, therefore a bearish vote $Apple(AAPL)$  for the moment.
