trick or treat?

the chinese government continues to spook investors' confidence by keeping the loan prime rates unchanged. funds are trimming their holdings in chinese companies. does the chinese government have tricks up their sleeves?

if you pay attention to the headlines, you will notice something odd. when china gdp beat the chinese government goal of 5%, all you see in the headlines is only it missed reuters's estimate of 5.3% growth. then it keeps churning out news of property crisis, unemployment problem, population shrinking problem, etc.

when news are all doom and gloom, start accumulating. if you have 1k capital. split it up into 10 portions, 100 each. it is recommended that you buy an etf rather than individual stocks. best to buy when dips of more than 2% occurs. when it dips say 10% after you bought, buy another 100 worth of etf. this way you get to dollar cost average. this works because the fed is going to cut rates in a year's time unless they want a depression. japan just dug itself out of decades long deflation. so beware. always invest with spare money that you don't even need during emergencies.

$FTSE China Bull 3X Shares(YINN)$ is hovering around 13 to 14, new all time low.$LION OCBC HSTECH ETF S$(HST.SI)$ is also approaching its all time low of 0.48. yinn is the leading indicator of hst. buy the laggard.

$SGD/HKD(SGDHKD.FOREX)$ is rebounding in its trading range. the china market will recover when sgdhkd trends up.

do apply automatic investment system where you add shares at each 10% drop or at support zones if you know technical analysis. this way you conserve your capital while the stock is strongly downtrending. do take profit at 10% intervals or at resistance zones if you know technical analysis. this way you have capital to buy the dip. only applies to stocks in an index or warren buffett would approve. bon courage.
