bull market dear
$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$
my previous analysis target is surpassed: "nvda bullish in the long term as fed going to cut interest rate sooner or later. liquidity will again flood the market and cause a stock market boom. nvda is the leader of this boom. institutional investors are normally 6 months ahead of retail investors. hence, nvda might crash when the fed cuts rates. this is because the market already bought the 'rumor' and will sell the 'news'.
according to the Fibonacci retracement on the pnf chart, nvda can have legs until 717. $Invesco QQQ Trust-ETF(QQQ)$ is the average of tech stocks. it has legs until 467. the laggards of the tech stocks will catch up and push the index to new high while the leaders will consolidate or pullback. "
the market is always over exuberant and nvda will be overpriced. the price will normalize with a pullback and then the cycle repeats. buy on dips as long as the bull trend continues. to recognize a bull trend, look for higher highs of stock price. bear trend is the reverse where lower lows are made. watch out for qqq on signs of pullback or correction. nvda likely to retest all time high at 734.5 and continue uptrend.
do apply automatic investment system where you add shares at each 10% drop or at support zones if you know technical analysis. this way you conserve your capital while the stock is strongly downtrending. do take profit at 10% intervals or at resistance zones if you know technical analysis. this way you have capital to buy the dip. only applies to stocks in an index or warren buffett would approve. bon courage.
