Option Strategies: MDB, ZS& BITO
Hello everyone! Today i want to share option strategies with you!
1.
$ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF(BITO)$ dividend is coming up and $BTC is hovering around 70K. If BTC holds up in this 68-70K range into next week, then we would not be surprised to see the dividend be close to 1.00 (+/-).
Here is how we are thinking of playing it:
- Sell-to-open the May 31 exp 27.5 put (for assignment)
- If we don't get assigned tomorrow, then we will possibly buy shares on Friday (in AH) or on Monday and then sell an ATM call the day before the dividend is paid (which, unfortunately, has not yet been released)

$Zscaler Inc.(ZS)$ Been wanting to get back into optionselling ratio spreads after seeing do more of these for pre-earnings trades. So, took a trade on $ZS for earnings today.
▫️ STO 2x2x4 ratio spread - May 31 expiration, 140/139 put debit spread at 2x2 and 128 naked put at 4x.
Expected move places downside to the low 140s, and 2x the expected move would be around 128.
3.
Running it back again with another optionselling ratio spread pre-earnings trade.
This time on $MongoDB Inc.(MDB)$ at 1x1x2.
▫️ STO May 31 expiration, 300/295 put debit spread (1x) & 262.5 put (2x).
